- 1. To obtain a registration card with ₦ 500 naira
- 2. This card is not for Akawo, is mainly for items collection, so if you can’t complete it, you will continue the next year.
- 3. Collection of money from this item card, a deduction of 10% will be made out of your total savings.
- 4. Only the co-ordinator or account officer is expected to sign on this card.
- 5. Stepping down to a smaller unit or transferring to another card, a 10% reduction will be made and that will be done on or before 31st of June.
- 6. After June ending no money will be refunded, you will be carried over to the next year. It is compulsory to complete the card to carry your items.
- 7. It is compulsory to complete your card on or before 31st of October.
- 8. On the collection day of items, members are expected to pay the sum of 1000 for Clearance on each of the cards that they are saving in.
- 9. You are expected to keep your card safe, any damage will be changed with the sum of ₦ 500
- 10. Should incase of unavailability, there must be a written letter or phone call from the person whose name is on the card for any withdrawal or collection of item.
- 11. Customers will be charged Four (₦ 4) naira from their available balance for every deposit/withdrawal charge for SMS alert.
- 12. An interval of 1 week notification should be given to the company before any withdrawal can be made.
- 13. Customers are expected to make a decision on their choice of set on or before June 31st, any customer who does not comply to this will not be attended to.
- 14. Any customer who does not complete his/her card within a period of two (2) years starting from the date of registration will be knocked out.
- 15. It is at the will of the Company to decide on what to do to the customers if there is no increment on the price of items.
- 16. Members who intend to take their money will be settled a week after Items collection.
- 17. Customers who do not complete their cards at a particular year will be transferred to a new card of the next year card with a 10% deduction.
- 18. Should incase of increment of price of items, members are expected to make an additional payment or your money will be refunded back to you the next year with a deduction of 10%.
